Learn Contest Procedure
Step 1: Post a Contest

Posting procedure includes: Filling out contest details, contact information, audit and deposit.

contest details: Contest title, description, requirements, budget etc.

Contact information – when an unexpected situation happens and the buyer can’t be reached by email, myTino will try to contact the buyer in other ways listed on his or her contact information.

Contest details will be audited by myTino group to avoid disputes as stated in myTino Service Terms.

After passing the audit, the buyer will need to deposit the budget into his own Tino account. This budget will be frozen until it’s used to pay the contest winner.

Step 2: Bidding & selecting the winner


After the contest has been posted, all myTino members are able to bid. During the bidding period, each provider is allowed to edit his/her bid contents.

All the bidding details are public.

When the bidding ends, the buyer will select the contest’s winner. In case that the buyer can't make the decision; myTino will select a winner for him/her.

Step 3: Transaction


After selecting the winner, the buyer can enter the "My Job/Contest" page to arrange payment. The buyer must pay the winner the full amount of money at one time. In the event that there are more than one winners, the buyer must pay the promised amount of money to all of the winners.

If the buyer requires the source files to be uploaded before the payment, the winner will find a button for uploading it on the "My Bids" page.
