CSP is the myTino Groups commitment to our clients (buyers) encompassing Service Quality, Efficiency and Risk Control.



 myTino now offers " posting help", a service to guide clients through the Request For Proposal process on myTino:

  With the clients permission we will assign a customer service representative or team to help post projects on the clients' behalf. The team will regularly inform our clients with the latest submissions and assure our clients of a satisfactory result. (Under the agreement, when an unsatisfactory outcome arises the project budget will be refunded to the client).



• Risk Control includes 2 different types of preferential policies.
  For those clients specializing in select categories a subsidy of up to 50% of the project budget will be
granted accordingly.
  Preferential service for special clients (Long-term business partners & oversea Chinese Corporations).
myTino will initially prepay the budget for clients. After buyers have found satisfactory work or the suitable
provider, he/she will be charged the prepaid fee by myTino.
