a) myTino customer service will have to inform buyer who does not select a winner over a 7-day period after contest being closed. If this period extends to 15 days, this contest will be regarded as abandoned contest by its poster. Contest will be turned to offline transaction which will no longer be tracked by myTino.

b) Buyer has no response to the winner after winner having submitted the source files. (appealed by winner) Appealed by winner provider, and that the buyer can’t be reached over 15 days without a pre-statement by the buyer, myTino customer service will try to contact buyer instead of winner himself. After 7 days of customer service contacting the buyer without any reply, myTino will freeze contest budget for 3 working days and make the full range payment to the winner.
