Feedback & Ratings
No. 1   What is feedback?
myTino's feedback system allows buyers and providers to rate each other after having completed a transaction. Other members can view these ratings to decide whether or not they would like to to do business with that member.
When providing feedback, each party can rate the other only once. If one party doesn't provide a rating within 30 days after the job is over, myTino will automatically give a positive feedback rating to the un-rated party.
Negative ratings must be accompanied by a reason. We encourage users to provide written comments for positive and neutral ratings, but they are not necessary.

No. 2   How do I give feedback after a transaction?
After completing a transaction on myTino, enter My Jobs located on the Main Menu on the left within My Office. In the table listing your jobs, refer to the column Next Step. If the buyer or provider has not yet been rated, you will see the words "I haven't rated it", and you can click Rate to provide a rating. Please fill in the information according to the prompts.
No. 1   What are the rating categories on myTino?
There are 3 kinds of ratings: Positive: 1 point is added to the user's score.
Neutral: The user's score does not change.
Negative: 1 point is deducted from the user's score.
For every 10 points scored by a user, the user gets 1 Opal Stone. When the user's score exceeds 50, the 5 Opal Stones will be replaced by another even more prestigious mark.

Points: Points are awarded depending on the user's rating for each transaction. Points are reflected by how many Opal Stones the user has. For every 10 points scored by a user, the user gets 1 Opal Stone.
Transaction Volume: Transaction volume indicates how active the user is. This is shown in the user's personal information table.
Positive Ratings Rate: Positive Ratings Rate is the number of positive ratings the user has received divided by the user's total number of ratings.

For every 10 points scored by a user, the user gets 1 Opal Stone.
When the user's score exceeds 50, the 5 Opal Stones will be replaced by another even more prestigious mark.
