The buyer can decide whether to keep all the bids confidential or not. All of the bids will be kept confidential during the transaction if the buyer requires it.
The bidder is also allowed to make his bid content confidential even when the buyer has not required to. In this case, only the buyer can see the content; otherwise, it will be made public.
