1. Do you want to transact via myTino?
- myTino online transaction is for jobs that are relatively complicated. Both the buyer and the provider can confirm the following through the transaction manager in myTino.com:
1. The contract amount
2. Payments and budget modification
3. Upload work files
4. Check work files
5. End the job
- myTino online transaction requires the buyer to make the deposit in advance. The funds will be frozen during the bidding process and they can only be used to pay the provider. After the provider has been paid, the remaining funds will be unfrozen and become available to the buyer for withdrawl.
- myTino guarantees that the buyer will not pay the provider before having received the work files.
- myTino also guarantees that the provider will get paid the deposited funds when the work is finished and uploaded.
2. How do I transact online via myTino?
- Before posting a job, the buyer can choose between transacting online via myTino or offline. Once the buyer has chosen to transact online, he/she must do so. (View Flow Diagram).
- The provider can ask the buyer to transfer the funds online via myTino (View Flow Diagram).
- The buyer can ask the provider to transfer the work files online via myTino (View Flow Diagram).
If the provider wants the transaction to be made online, the buyer must be informed immediately.
The buyer decides whether to transact online or offline.
