Do I need a proposal?

Proposal is the work plan given by the provider according to the buyer's job requirements. It usually includes the following items:

  1. How to work: For example, when developing a computer program; you can describe the language, framwork and data base you will use.
  2.

  3. Work Plan: This is your work process'schedule. For example you can divide your work into several periods such as: confirming the requirements, making a blue print, carrying out the work and improving the work.

  4.
  5.  Payment: Includes the job budget, when and how to pay.

If the buyer requires a proposal, the provider can bid with it and can help him/her win the bid. myTino suggests that the provider keeps in touch with the buyer in order to learn more about the job and work more efficiently.
