Jobs are projects that providers bid with proposals and quotes.

Buyers can deposit prepayments in myTino escrows.
Providers submit quotes and proposals for free.
Buyers select best providers for the projects.
Providers work with the buyers to complete the projects.
Suitable for website design, software development using PHP, .Net, Java, C++, iphone application development, translation services, etc.
Advantages
Secure escrow service for both buyers and providers.
Funds can be held in myTino and only released upon completion of milestones if the buyers choose to use the escrow service.

Providers submit only proposals and quotes.

2. Contest
Contests are projects that providers bid with finished works.
Features
Buyers post project requirements for free.
Buyers deposit full funds for the contests.
Providers bid with completed works.
Buyers select the best works.
Suitable for logo design, banner creation, BI/VI design, 3D graphic, etc.
Advantages
Secure escrow service for both buyers and providers. Funds are held in myTino and only released upon satisfactory delivery.

3. Managed Services
