a.In the case that the contract not being confirmed:
After having chosen the winner for the project over one month and the buyer can't be reached by myTino in any mean, this project will be regarded as disclaimed project. What myTino will do:
Freeze the budget and close the project if there is any prepaid budget;
Close the project directly if there is any budget.
b.In the case that the contract has been confirmed by both parties; And that winner provider has started working:
Under this transaction period, winner will have to inform myTino customer service via Email or letter to complain about this case. myTino will, shall, within 30 days try to contact buyer through his contact information. After having contacted buyer for over 30 days, myTino will have to regard this buyer as mis-connected and will compensate the provider partially according to the contract and refund the budget if there is any left after compensation.
If there is any further dispute from provider or buyer to myTino mediation, they'll have to looking for attorney consultant. myTino will no longer act as mediation party.
c. In the case that one party does not respond to the closing request from another party in this project:
myTino will continue to contact the party who didn't respond to the closing request from another party for over a month. After contacting another party who didn't respond for over 15 days, myTino will have to take action towards this project.
myTino will have to close the project and refund contract budget.
