What is the myTino Transaction Account?

1   New to myTino? Read up on the Transaction Account!
  • When you sign up as a myTino member, you will be given a myTino transaction account.
  • There are four places in the site for managing your myTino transaction account: Account Summary, Deposit Funds,
  • Withdraw Funds and Transaction Password. These are accessible by clicking Account on the top of the My Office page.
  • There are two components to the funds in your myTino transaction account: Available Funds and Committed Funds.

2   What are Committed Funds?

The committed funds refers to the funds that can not be withdrawed or transferred in your account.

When will the funds be frozen?
The prize deposited for a contest, the funds and contract fees deposited for a job will be frozen until the transaction is finished. If you fail to post a contest or select a provider for your job, the funds will be released and become available to you for withdrawal.


3   How do I check on my transaction account balance?
Step 1: Enter your email and password to sign in to your office.
Step 2: Click Account.
Step 3: Click Account Summary to see your overall account information.
In the table setting out your transaction account details there are five items.
1). ID refers to the transaction record identification number.
2). Time refers to the time when the transaction or activity took place.
3). Action refers to the nature of the transaction or activity that took place.
4). Amount refers to the value of the transaction.
5). Remarks refers to the details about the transaction or activity.

4   myTino transaction password
  • Your transaction password is separate from your signing in password and provides an added layer of security for your monetary transactions.
  • How to create your transaction password: Go into Account after signing in and click Transaction Password in the Main Menu. Follow the instructions to create your transaction password.
  • How to change your transaction password: Go into Account after signing in and click Transaction Password in the Main Menu. Assuming you already have a current transaction password, follow the instructions to change your transaction password.
  • When you withdraw funds, you will need to enter your transaction password. You are allowed up to three attempts at entering your password. Should you enter an incorrect password three times, you will be unable to re-enter your password until the next day. If you forget your transaction password, please contact customer service by phone or e-mail.
  • Remember, treat your transaction password as you would your own bank account password or number.

  • 5   How many passwords do I need to use myTino?
    myTino users will require two passwords:
    1). myTino account password: this is the password you must enter each time you sign in to myTino.
    2). myTino transaction password: this is the password you must enter whenever a monetary transaction is made.
    For your own security, myTino highly recommends that you use different passwords for each
