1 How do I withdraw funds?
In order to withdraw funds, first you need to be verified and have created your transaction password. Second, you need to have established a PayPal account to which myTino can credit the withdrawal amount.
Step 1: Click Account and select Withdraw Funds under myTino Account.
Step 2: Enter your PayPal account number and the amount you wish to withdraw.
Step 3: Finally, enter your myTino transaction password and click Submit.
You will see a response message from myTino confirming we have received your withdrawal request. You may print this page for you own records. We will deal with your application within 3 working days and send you a confirmation e-mail once the funds have been credited to your account.
2 What should I do if I haven't received my money after completing the withdrawal process?
Under normal circumstances, when you withdraw your money from the myTino system, you will receive a confirmation message within three working days. Once you receive that message, you may check your PayPal account to confirm that the money has been transferred. If you still haven't received the funds after 5 working days, please contact customer service.
3 How do I get verified?
You need to be verified before you can withdraw funds. In order to get verified you will be required to enter some essential personal information. This information is used to reduce online fraud and increase the security of myTino transactions for yourself and for everyone else you do business with. Getting verified is simple and free.
Step 1: Let us know where you are located.
Step 2: Fill in your other essential information as directed.
Step 3: Confirm your information. For Chinese mainland
users, please upload a copy of your identity documentation to us.
We will review your information and send you a confirmation message within three working days if you are successfully verified.
