Choosing a Winning Bid
No. 1 Is there any time limitation in choosing a winning bid?
If you are a buyer, you must choose a winning bid within 7 days of the bid deadline expiring. However, if you increase the budget, providers may resubmit bids and the 7 day limitation will not apply.
No. 2 When does the winning provider get paid?
After the buyer chooses the winning bid, the winning provider must upload the original source files as agreed within 5 days and the buyer must pay the winning provider within 5 days after the upload.
If the winning provider has uploaded the original source files but the buyer has not taken further action, the winning provider can apply to myTino Customer Service for payment within 5 days. If there are no problems with the files and the work has been completed as agreed, myTino will pay the winning provider.
No. 3 Do I have to choose a winning bid?
Once the bidding deadline is reached, if no bids have been made you may elect to either cancel the job completely or increase the budget amount and extend the bidding time. If one or more bids have been made you must choose a winning bid or increase the budget amount and extend the bidding time. In either instance, the bidding time can only be extended by increasing the budget amount by at least 20%.
No. 4 What should I do if I suspect buyers or providers are colluding or behaving unfairly?
myTino regards fair, open and transparent competition among providers as a key principle of the myTino Marketplace. Please report any suspicious activity to us and we will deal with it.
