Yes, there is a size limit of 10MB in total for all files uploaded in bidding for a job. All file formats are supported except, .exe, .bat and .com files.
Generally, the longest duration is 45 days. However, please contact us if you think your job requires a longer time for consideration, especially if you will only accept bids which are substantially completed work products.
When you submit a job, the amount which you budget for the job is temporarily frozen. It still forms part of your Transaction Account, but it is not available for use - these are the Committed Funds. Once the job is audited and posted, the amount will be deducted from your account. If your job does not pass the audit process, the money will be unfrozen and becomes available for use again.
Tags are search flags which can help members find jobs and other information on myTino more efficiently. If you are a Buyer, you should designate tags that best represent the nature of your job. You can enter up to 5 tags, each no longer than 20 letters.
You can deposit using your credit card or PayPal.
Once a job has been submitted, passed the audit process and posted on myTino the job CANNOT be cancelled unless:
1. The bidding deadline has been reached and no bids have been received; or
2. You have selected a winning bid but the quality of work submitted is not satisfactory.
If you haven't received satisfactory bids for a job, it may be because your budget is too low. In this case, you can increase the job budget and extend the duration of the job posting.
You must choose the wining bid or increase the budget within 7 days after the bid deadline expires. The increase must be no less than 20% of the original budget.
Buyers are allowed to increase the budget for the same job up to three times. After the third increase, the buyer must choose a winning provider. If the total number of bids is less than three, the job will be closed and the money will be returned to the buyer.
No. The job remains the same, although existing providers may now update their bids.
