No. 1   Are there any size limits and format restrictions for uploading files?

Yes, there is a size limit of 10MB in total for all files uploaded in bidding for a job. All file formats are supported except, .exe, .bat and .com files.

No. 2   What is the longest duration for which a job can remain open for bidding?

Generally, the longest duration is 45 days. However, please contact us if you think your job requires a longer time for consideration, especially if you will only accept bids which are substantially completed work products.

No. 3   How long does it takes to approve and show posted jobs on myTino Marketplace?
Once you submit your job, we will audit your job as soon as possible. We can usually audit it within 24 hours after you submit the job.
No. 4   What should I do if my job does not pass the audit process?
The audit process is to assist you in posting jobs which will attract the highest quality bids. We will send a message or call you if we have follow up questions or suggestions, until the job passes the audit process.
No. 5   What are Committed Funds?

When you submit a job, the amount which you budget for the job is temporarily frozen. It still forms part of your Transaction Account, but it is not available for use - these are the Committed Funds. Once the job is audited and posted, the amount will be deducted from your account. If your job does not pass the audit process, the money will be unfrozen and becomes available for use again.

No. 6   How do you determine your job categories?
Based on our user demand, we divide jobs into several categories. As we develop into new areas, we will add new categories based on user feedback.
No. 7   What are tags and what are they used for?

Tags are search flags which can help members find jobs and other information on myTino more efficiently. If you are a Buyer, you should designate tags that best represent the nature of your job. You can enter up to 5 tags, each no longer than 20 letters.

No. 8   How can I deposit funds?

You can deposit using your credit card or PayPal.

No. 9   Can I cancel a job once it has been posted?

Once a job has been submitted, passed the audit process and posted on myTino the job CANNOT be cancelled unless:

1. The bidding deadline has been reached and no bids have been received; or

2. You have selected a winning bid but the quality of work submitted is not satisfactory.

No. 1   Why would I need to increase the job budget?

If you haven't received satisfactory bids for a job, it may be because your budget is too low. In this case, you can increase the job budget and extend the duration of the job posting.

No. 2   Are there any restrictions on increases to the budget?

You must choose the wining bid or increase the budget within 7 days after the bid deadline expires. The increase must be no less than 20% of the original budget.

No. 3   Could I increase the budget more than once?

Buyers are allowed to increase the budget for the same job up to three times. After the third increase, the buyer must choose a winning provider. If the total number of bids is less than three, the job will be closed and the money will be returned to the buyer.

No. 4   If the budget is increased, is the job regarded as a new job?
  • No. The job remains the same, although existing providers may now update their bids.
