myTino provides Buyers with three channels for initiating projects. Choose one best suits your needs.

1. Contest

• 1). Suitable for projects requiring creativity but not necessarily extensive resource commitment on the part of the bidder. Contests are popular among Buyers and Providers for logo and graphic designs, translation work and simple coding projects.
• 2). Each Buyer can decide if there is to be one or more winning bids. The Buyer starts the Contest by depositing with myTino the full amount of his or her budget for the work required.
• 3).As part of a bid, each Provider will need to submit a completed work product prepared in accordance with the specifications of the Buyer.
• 4). All bid contents are public in order to ensure transparency and promote fairness.

2. Job

• 1).Suitable for complex projects with many modules and/or requiring different skill-sets. Popular Jobs on myTino include website development, extensive coding projects and copywriting .
• 2).To start off a Job, the Buyer will set out his or her project specifications and ask for a bid from prospective Providers. There is no need to put up any deposit or pay any charges to post a Job.
• 3).Buyers can require the bid contents to contain a detailed resume including relevant work experience as well as a detailed work plan (e.g. timetable, milestones and expected costs).
• 4). The Buyer will choose one winning bidder. If there is no suitable Provider, the Buyer can choose to have the Job lapse.
• 5). Both Buyer and the winning Provider can agree to have the Job undertaken within the myTino platform or be undertaken separately.
