As long as you're a myTino.com or TaskCN.com member, you are eligible to bid in the Competition (you can become a member for free by registering at one of the websites).

No Fees or Charges
All expenses pertaining to the running of the Competition, including bidding expenses, are covered by myTino.com and TaskCN.com – participants will not be charged for placing their bids.

Free myTino Membership!
In addition, new members who register on both myTino.com and TaskCN.com, between Sep 23, 2007 and Dec 31, 2007 will be rewarded with myTino Premium Membership status for a period of 6 whole months, during which time you can post and bid for jobs absolutely free!

Winners will be selected by our specially appointed Judging Panel. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

First Prize: USD $1,007 (One Winner)

Second Prize: USD $20 (Fifty Winners)

1.  Bids must take an appropriate digital form and not include any material items such that the enclosed work

     may be uploaded to the Judging Panel via myTino.com or TaskCN.com.

 

2.  Bid descriptions must be written in English only. Attachments or work files are not subject to any language

      restrictions.

 

3.  Outstanding bids will be publicly displayed on the "My Special Gift Competition" page on myTino.com

      and  TaskCN.com.

 

4.  By participating in the "My Special Gift Competition", Bidders acknowledge that all bid contents  

     submitted to the Competition including all related intellectual property ownership rights are the sole

     property of myTino.com. In addition, Bidders agree that myTino.com may transfer the works and

     ownership rights to the Special Olympics or any other third party at its own discretion.

 

5.  Participants may only bid once. If a participant is found to have used multiple IP addresses to place more

     than bid, myTino.com has the right to disqualify the bidder from the Competition. Likewise, myTino.com has

     the right to disqualify bidders suspected of plagiarism or fraudulent behaviour.

 

 

6.  myTino.com has the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion. myTino.com has the final

     decision rights concerning the execution of all aspects of the Competition.
