STARTING from September 15, Shanghai Meteorological Bureau will be providing a weather service for the 2007 SOWSG. In view of the fact that the main torch at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2007 SOWSG as well as certain large performances that use props have special requirements in terms of meteorological conditions, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau will provide a special weather service regarding relevant wind conditions for them.
